At Hearts Like Hannah’s, we know there is a need for resources on how we can honor the babies that have gone to Heaven. We have listed some resources below. The first entry is a compilation of DIY ideas for remembrance. The remaining entries link to various items we have found from nonprofits or for purchase that offer ways to honor our babies’ lives.
